Wikibar, the perfect mix of Innovation and Enjoyment
Wikibar is a small culinary revolution and the result of the collaborative work of French designer Francois Azambourg and Harvard professor David Edwards, founder of ArtScience Labs. In addition to putting science to work for our taste buds, his work also concentrates on a new, ecological approach to the food industry.
Available at Wikibar (rue du Bouloi in Paris’ 1st arrondissement), WikiPearls is ice cream that comes in an edible wrapping made from 100% natural ingredients. More good news, the flavors were created by master ice cream maker Philippe Faur, the author of delectable blends such as coconut-mango, hazelnut-chocolate and peanut-vanilla.
Variations on this innovation, like no-spoon WIKIPEARL YOGURT and WIKIPEARL CHEESE, are coming soon.
